We had an amazing experience with Empire City! They cleaned my upholstery and 4 carpets, and I am honestly blown away by the results. Everything looks, feels, and smells incredibly fresh. They made my carpets look almost brand new again! My upholstery had stains and wear that I thought would never come out, but they exceeded my expectations.
The team was professional, punctual, friendly, and paid attention to every detail and explained the process of how the work would be done. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The whole process was smooth, affordable, and absolutely worth it.
They cleaned my 14 year old carpet so that it looks new! The two gentlemen were professionally courteous and moved my furniture that was too heavy for me to do myself. I am very very very pleased and heartily recommend Empire City Chem-Dry
Empire City Chem-Dry personnel are professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients, amazing work done in my carpets. will definitely use their services again as well as highly recommend them. Great service and quote.
We have used Empire City Chem-Dry for years and couldn’t be happier. They are personable, professional, and do a fantastic job every time. Chem-Dry is a national brand with a great reputation for their carpet cleaning system, but not all franchises are equal. Empire City Chem-Dry is obviously committed to being a top-tier provider, as they are often the first in the Manhattan market to adopt the latest equipment and techniques. (The tile and grout cleaning will also do wonders!) Don’t fall for the bait-and-switch carpet cleaning scams out there. These guys are the real deal!
Thank you very much for the service provided, it was excellent, I recommend it to everyone 🥰🫂

I had a great experience with Empire City Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning. Will was my technician and he was professional, courteous and efficiently cleaned our den carpet. We have cats and he was able to remove the stains and odors to my satisfaction. I will call again!

Great service !!!!
Very happy with the people over at Empire City Chem-Dry. They did an incredible job for me recently. My carpets were in need of a good cleaning in a bad way and these guys provided exactly that. The technician that they sent out was very friendly and professional. He got right to work and knocked out both rooms in about an hour. Once he was done, he told us how long it would take to dry and also some tips to make the cleaning last longer which I really appreciated. The carpet turned out wonderfully and I would recommend Empire City Chem-Dry in a heartbeat.
